    • Phishing Awareness: Be aware of phishing attempts. Scammers may attempt to deceive you by sending messages that appear to be from Clankart, requesting verification of your account or asking for sensitive information or opening some links. If you receive such message asking for your personal details or directing you to a spoof website mimicking Clankart, do not respond or provide any information; report them to us.

      Clankart will NEVER ask you to verify your account by providing your bank details, ask for money, or other sensitive information through chat, email, or any other method.
      Stay alert and protect yourself from scams.
    • Avoid Sharing Personal Information: Never share sensitive information like bank details, passwords, or personal identification numbers. Clankart will never ask for such information through chat, email, or any other method.
    • Report Suspicious Activity: If you receive messages that seem suspicious or too good to be true, report them to us immediately at support@clankart.com.

    • Polite Communication: Always communicate politely and respectfully. Abusive language, harassment, and hate speech are not tolerated.
    • Respect Privacy: Respect the privacy of other users. Do not share their personal information without consent.

    • Blocking Users: If you wish to stop receiving messages from a particular user, you can block them. To do so, click the 'Block' button at the top of the chat panel.
    • Reporting Misconduct: If a user violates our guidelines, report their behavior to us. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action.
